At Trece by Ilse Monette, we strive to provide our customers with a plethora of information and visual elements to offer an accurate understanding of the products, its description and what to expect with each order. We encourage our customers to use all of this information to thoroughly consider the product and determine if it's an item you desire before making a purchase. We do this through our website and our social media pages.

Additionally, if you ever feel the need to request more information on an item we encourage you to contact us and we will be more than happy to equip you with any and all information to help you make an informed purchase.

Lastly, we would like to stress that we carefully take the time to inspect each product before shipping and properly package it, while upholding our sustainability value, to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Return Policy

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your product please contact us at with your proof of purchase as well as reason for return and we will get in touch with you regarding next steps.

Return request on an item must be made within 7 days of its delivery date. The product must be returned in the exact condition in which it was delivered including original shipping and packaging material/method.

Items on "sale" or purchased with a "discount code" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy & Method

Refunds on authorized items will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from the receipt of your claim for your refund to be processed.

If your item arrives defected, broken or damaged and it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to Report must include the following to initiate an authorized refund or replacement: images/video of the defective item, description of issue, order number and whether you wish for a refund or a replacement.

Please allow our team to review your claim within 2 - 4 business days and provide a solution or next steps depending on your request.

Exchanges and Cancellations

The only exchanges we offer is if you are able to do an authorized in person exchange. Please contact us at with your exchange request so we can follow up with the in person option. If you would like to exchange an item and cannot do it in person at our boutique, you would have to issue a return and place another order. 

We cannot cancel or edit an order once a label has been created and the order has already been fulfilled. If you need to update your shipping information please contact us immediately with your changes, if the label has not been created or the order has not been fulfilled we will try our hardest to make the edits.
