Shipping & tracking

Order Processing

Once you place your order, we strive to have it processed and packed within 2 - 4 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

If you made a mistake on your address after placing an order please email us immediately at info@trececollections.com so we can adjust it before shipping out your order. Unfortunately we cannot make adjustments after the label has been created and the order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3 - 7 business days, but please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

We are not responsible for the following:

- Returned packages with invalid addresses. They will be considered a return.

- Lost or stolen packages that were delivered to the correct address listed at checkout.  

- Delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package once it was scanned by the post office.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your email that was used at checkout. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website. Please check your spam and junk mail to ensure you are not missing any updates on your order.

In Person Pickup

We offer in person pickup at our boutique located in the neighborhood of Rice Village in Houston, TX.

The Hive is open Tuesday - Sunday from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and located at 2431 Rice Boulevard Houston, TX 77005

Once your order is ready to be picked up you will receive an email with arrival instructions.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please keep in mind that these rates are not in our control and we strictly follow pricing determined by the carrier we use which is USPS.

International Shipping

As we start off we are currently not offering international shipping, but we look forward to looking at that option in the future.
